fixed a partnership with Studio Panzarini & Associates, of Roberto Panzarini, with
head-quarters in Rome, which is present at the circuit or Intangible Evaluation
Services, and as a partner of Predictiv, one of the most prestriged American Societies,
founded and directed by Jonathan Low and Pamela Cohen Kalafut.
TCAI is also a partner of important companies in Brazil, such as Souza Aranha Comunicaçao
Direta (Direct Communication) and Franceschini Associated Consultants.
Jose Luiz Tejon Megido has a 30 year experience and success both as an executive
and as an Academic Professor hired for post graduation courses at ESPM and FGV,
in Sao Paulo. He has a master degree from Mackenzie University, oversea major in
Management, Marketing and Leadership, and, at present, he is doctorating in Education
Science from Universidad de la Empresa.
Victor Megido is an invited Professor at Universidade La Sapienza of Rome, with
MBA in Bacconi – Milan. A writer in the advanced area of marketing and communication,
a conferencist and an executive. He developed his major along with the sociologist
and writer Domenico de Masi, with whom he studied and got his doctorate degree.
Roberto Panzarini is a Psychology Professor at the Organizations, at the Psychology
Faculty of L`Aquila University. He has been working in Italy for many years at the
educational area. He was the responsible for the creation of Alitalia and he founded
Alitalia Business School. He has also been the President of the Italian Association
Formers and is today the President of “Governance” (an Association for the Promotion
of Knowledge and Capacity for the exercise of Direction responsibilities).
The presence of the ‘Latinity’ in management and values of leadership integrates
the interchange view that joins Italian and Brazilian experts. TCA International
is in the consulting area, phocusing on leadership, sales, marketing, competitive
strategies and entrepreneurs’ creativeness.
